Raw Porridge Recipe

Hello beautiful people!
Today I was experimenting in my kitchen and here is what I came up with. It’s Raw Porridge! Super tasty and very very similar to the porridge we used to eat every morning. Except this porridge is rich in nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, omega 3,6,9 fatty acids.
You will need:
-1 cup of sprouted oats
-3 tbs chia seeds
-1 cup of any dairy free milk of your choice. (I used organic soya milk)
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-1 tbsp raw honey
Mix all ingredients in a hight speed blender and enjoy. I’ve cheated a little bit today-I heated my milk slightly and my porridge was warm 🙂
Much Love. Enjoy.

How To Beat That Headache – Natural Remedies

But before you reach for that aspirin to fight your headache, however, you may want to try the following natural remedies:

1. Drink peppermint tea with raw honey. It’s a great natural remedy to relive headaches. This always seems to help me.

2. Take a sniff of lavender. Some people have experienced success at alleviating headaches by sniffing lavender oil.

3. Use ice. An ice pack on the top of your head may relive a headache as well.

4. Listen to calming music. A study in 2001 showed the benefits if music therapy for chronic headaches.

5. Drink ginger tea. Stir some grated ginger in hot water and drink it. It’s reducing inflammation and providing relief.

6. Eat some pumpkin seeds. Studies have shown that magnesium sulphate can relive all types of headaches. Raw pumpkin seeds are rich in magnesium, so they may be worth a try.

7. Exercise. Even a brisk 10 minutes walk around the block release endorphins, which have natural pain and stress fighting properties, according to MedicalNet.

8. Meditate. Sit in a quite, comfortable place, close your eyes and pay attention to your breathing.

9. Eat something spicy. Studies have shown that capsaicin can relive headaches,so eat some chilly peppers or sprinkle cayenne pepper on your food.

10. Take a fairly hot shower or hot bath. And be sure to get your head under the water. The heat of the water can help alienate muscle tension that may be causing pain.
